Romeo & Juliet - "A classic tale reimagined for the 1980's."
By: William Shakespeare Adapted & Directed by: Jamie Allen Produced by: Amy Howard & David Sullivan Set in the 1980s in the town of Verona, two rival department store owners, The Capulets and the Montagues, find their livelihoods threatened with the resurgence of an ancient feud. In the midst of the fighting, Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet fall desperately in love and take an oath to do anything to be together. Their love ultimately leads to tragedy as a consequence of the longstanding feud. Trigger Warning: This play depicts death through physical violence and suicide. Audition Dates: March 26 & 28 Performance Dates: June 16-18 & 23-25

AUDITIONERS: Sides available upon request or cold read from the script. Rehearsals will begin in mid-April on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with varied cast calls.
